A couple of weeks ago I went to Wyoming to climb Devils Tower. It’s been on my list for a while and so I was excited to be able to join Charley Mace, Felipe Tapia Nordenflycht, and Karen Williams (some of the best climbers and guides I know) for some perfect late summer sending.



The climbing was excellent, but even more so, Karen’s cooking is off the charts. She made us so many delicious plant-based meals, all on a pretty basic camp stove. Check her out at Gritty Gourmet. Quite the improvement from ramen noodles or canned ravioli!
